The Law Office of Michele L. McGill has successfully represented clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for more than thirty years.  We pride ourselves on delivering high quality legal services at a reasonable price.

Our real estate practice includes representation of property owners, buyers, sellers, co-owners, tenants in common, condo owners, agents, brokers, neighbors, and others involved in a real estate transaction or dispute. We make every attempt to resolve a matter informally or through mediation without litigation. If litigation is necessary, we do what is needed to make sure that our client’s interests are fully protected. Our goal is to protect your most valuable assets, whether it is your home or investment property.

Our estate planning practice includes free initial consultations to assess the client’s needs, preparation of estate planning documents, wills, trusts, certification of trust, trust transfer documents, advance healthcare directives, and durable powers of attorney. All estate planning documents are tailored to each specific client and are reviewed with the client to make sure they understand and approve of their plan. We make home and hospital visits when needed at no additional charge.

Our probate and trust administration includes helping the executor or trustee carry out the terms of decedent’s will or trust as efficiently as possible. When disagreements arise, we represent family members in getting the dispute resolved through the probate court.

Our mediation practice has a high success rate. We help co-owners, buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, neighbors, business associates, landlords, tenants, and others find a solution to their dispute without litigation to protect their investment and their peace of mind.
